The external pipes exit lower than the WC connection while it seems normal height internally. Are there more bends within the wall?

Also, the soil pipe connectors are glued on ones which need holes cut in the soil stack. Could be poorly done causing gunk to build up.
 
Is it camera angle that makes it look as if the lower pipe is going uphill into the stack and are the bends tight for a snake?
Is it possible to look down inside the stack from above?
 
I'd still investigate where the waste enters the stack before doing anything else, cut through the pipe between the bottom bend and the stack, and see what's going on there. It'll cost you about £4 for a compression coupling to re-join the pipework. Or if, as suggested, you can look down from the top, use a torch and see if there's anything sticking out from the boss connections. (There shouldn't be!)

I’ll look into this Hugh. Don’t have a ladder long enough to get to the top of the stack. Cutting the pipe could be an option with in my abilities. Thank you
 
Hi Denso, just picked up on the thread for your basin problem. You know that there’s no issues with anything else but the connection into the stack from the basin waste. WCs comes in higher and no default there. Bath waste comes in lower and although there is a slight back fall on this connection no issues with that. So the first thing I would look at is how far the waste connection has been sleeved into the boss connector and somebody has already mentioned that it could be housed up against the soil stack wall. This is quite common when the pipe configuration is as tight as this is. Personally I would reconfigure it to take advantage of the lower boss connection and run both into that connection. If your not ok with that simply readjust the basin waste by cutting down the over hang in the soil stack. Hope this helps.
 
If the waste was up against the stack wall, wouldn't the toilet be suffering from blockages? Or water rising?
 
No you’ve got a six inch soil stack and a 38mm waste going into it so plenty of room for the foul waste to get around it.
