The Serious Risk Of Wearing Fake Rolex Etc Watches

Their loss, you gain.

The confusion on their face when I tried to explain I wanted Liquor on my Pie and Mash... I had to illustrate as they didn't know Spanish for pie and mash with Liquor
They are so common in that part of Essex.

I've only the one, it's not something I'd of ever bought myself but I bought it from some money my mam left me when she died, it wasn't enough money to make a real difference on my mortgage, it would of bought a nice holiday but I think no matter how hard you try holiday memories fade so I decided to buy something as a keepsake and it'll be there to pass on in the future.

I need to get it serviced but I've not had the courage to ask for a price yet

I have a £10000 ankle watch I wear for yoga.
It's handy for telling the time when I'm in headstand
I'm not concerned about it getting stolen........as that not what Yogis do.

Many thanks for educating me and if someone teaches me something I really appreciate that.
I wrongly assumed that the whole of Essex was common, I stand corrected, thanks so much.

Never judge a person by their county. West Essex is so much posher

I spent quite a chunk of my teenage years in Essex - and it was all common back then moneyed or not. My mum reckoned she'd never come across so many cases of fur coat and no knickers as when we lived there...

That's not funny... Denise Van Elton comes from Essex and she's double barrelled.

according to my £15 Casio watch from Argos.

I have the same one. Like Trigger's broom, it's had several batteries and a new strap, but despite my best attempts it keeps perfect time after 20 years. Fck ten large ones for a chunk of metal that does exactly the same. What's that all about?

Then you do not understand what a real Rolex is/means unfortunately

I used to do business at a level where turning up in a £150 Burton suit just wouldn't cut it. I paid £2k once for a pair of shoes (upset me dad) & often shopped at Paul Smith, but the high end watches were actually quite rare in the ultra conservative world of business.

£630 chrono, £450 non-chrono at Omega. Independants are cheaper but get recommendations. My SMPc was running slow at the beginning of lockdown and only had about three weeks warranty left on it. Omega arranged collection when things started to open up and they fully serviced it and gave me a further two years warranty.
