UNjustified

Only by JohnD so that doesn't really constitute it as a 'fact' does it.

ie. A nutter said something, therefore, it must be so.
It's borne out by the number of times USA has vetoed a UN resolution against Israel, in the security council.

A history of the US blocking UN resolutions against Israel

Over the past five decades, the United States has vetoed at least 53 UN Security Council resolutions critical of Israel.

You can call historical fact as the word of a nutter if you like (and you did), but it doesn't make it so.

'scuse my franglais.

Just give it some thought when you chastise people like Bod who might struggle with spelling/grammar, there might be an underlying reason and that doesn't for one moment excuse your critic, if the boot were on the other foot, you'd no doubt define it as some sort of oppression or racism.

I do, and we're never too old to learn
I can differentiate between poor education and a genuine reason for poor spelling.
And don't conflate grammar with spelling. Dyslexia can have different affects on spelling, grammar, tenses and complex sentences, which vary with the individual.

there might be an underlying reason and that doesn't for one moment excuse your critic,
Of course, and when there is a genuine reason I don't criticise.
But persistent poor spelling is very different to the occasional mistyping, poor eyesight, dyslexia, etc.
The different reasons are usually easily detected.
When someone occasionally misspells a word, but it is invariably correct, it's obviouly a mistype.
When someone persistently misspells simple two or three letter words it's usually a form of dyslexia or habit formed at an early stage.
Practice does not always make perfect, sometimes it makes permanent
But poor spelling of inferquently used words is just that: poor spelling, which usually indicates poor education.
And if their education is poor, it can, and usually does, impact on their assessment of complex issues.

if the boot were on the other foot, you'd no doubt define it as some sort of oppression or racism.
Don't be ridiculous.
You really are resorting to reductio ad absurdum arguments today.

The Arab world is united in condemnation of Isrel's continued occupation and war on Palestine.

Israel; not so much...

Mass protests have taken place around Israel, with demonstrators calling for the return of Israeli captives held in Gaza, the removal of Prime Minister Netanyahu’s government and an end to the war in Gaza. “This is unprecedented because, throughout the beginning of this war, everyone had agreed, including the anti-government protesters, that they needed to be unified at a time when there is war, at a time when captives are still being held in Gaza,” said Al Jazeera’s Sara Khairat, reporting from Tel Aviv.

Several years ago I was talking about news programs with my sister in law. She mentioned that she watched AlJ now an again. I started doing the same. Anyone who did this and looked at a bit of history would soon realise that Palestinians get a very raw deal. I've often wondered if when Israel annexed the West Bank and got their UN black mark it would have been better if they had been made to get out. Conversations here also suggested that the west knew that they were going to invade.

Curious. A few days ago I watched a History channel program concerning engineering. For some reason the 1973 oil crisis was mention suggesting this was down to "Arab" actions due to Israel's actions, That must have related to the West Bank. Pass but is this why Blinken is dashing about?

Latest noises from Israel. Some right wingers want to settle the Gaza Strip. More official noises - the USA will pay for rebuilding.

Interestingly the Islamic Jehad lot got mentioned recently. Their leader called them all to arms a few days ago within the Gaza Strip. Maybe some in the West Bank too. Hamas clearly wanted hostages. This lot ?????

It's reprehensible when a joker such as tranny imitates people with difficulties for his own entertainment.

I fear that will get increasingly difficult. Apart from the unarmed ones carrying a white flag who were deliberately shot by Israeli soldiers, the massive bombing and shelling of Gaza has killed many thousands. If Israeli captives were in a church, school, mosque or hospital that was destroyed, their remains may by now have been crushed into the rubble by Israeli bulldozers.

I think it's safe to assume USA vetoed it.
