Vaillant 831 plus plate heat exchanger replacement - how to?

I see .

I know that's the flow temp in the boiler.

As discussed - factory temp is 75c

Mine had been reaching 80c and shutting down

Now sits at 70 c when tap is on
 
Not sure where you get the 75 C.

It will depend on your setting of the HW temp knob.

From operating manual

I miss read it says operating flow temp is set up to 75c.

So makes sense max standard flow temp - 75c

Safety cut off must be at 80c
 
Ffs get someone that knows! This is such a simple problem, it looks like ur trying to do it urself? I cant believe any reasonable engineer could not fix this? Stop chucking bits at it an get a specialist in
