War Machine

Just because the BBC wanted the rocket to come from Israel doesn't mean it did.

Yeah but who's listen to Human rights watch?

Hamas clearly don't, having just rejected yet another peace deal.

All this could end tomorrow if Hamas allowed it to.
The one Israel also rejected? Hamas wanted a long term peace and outside monitoring as they don't trust Israel.

Israel insists Hamas is completely eliminated both as a government and militarily. So somehow Gaza needs to arrange and run elections before a ceasefire is allowed.

The one Israel also rejected?

Israel had accepted it but rejected additional demands by Hamas, which was clearly Hamas's intention. The Palestinian Authority are more than capable of administrating until a permanent solution is found, Egypt and Jordan are happy to help.

Why on earth are you so hell bent on keeping terrorists in power?

Israel had accepted it
No they hadn't

The United States has said Israel accepted its proposal, but Israel has not publicly said this. Israel, which has continued assaults in central and southern Gaza, among the bloodiest of the war, has repeatedly said it would not commit to an end of its campaign in Gaza before Hamas is eliminated.

A comment by Netanyahu, doubt he'll be around much longer.
He's hardly the only religious fanatic in power there.

And more to the point, it shows you're wrong about the idea the PA would be allowed to govern Gaza. Israel has worked to avoid having a unified Palestinian government for decades.

Read your own link more carefully, the PA will govern Gaza, just not with Abbas as leader.

To some degree yes it suits Netanyahu to keep them divided, but the PA did rule Gaza until the civil war with Hamas.
The PA will govern Gaza again, Netanyahu will go.

Once he agrees to a peace treaty yes. It's one of the reasons he won't agree to one.

But until then he'll continue with ethnic cleansing and other war crimes in Gaza.

He had agreed to one, Sinwar then moved the goalposts.

No, he didn't agree to that one. Find a single source where an Israeli spokesperson agreed to it. Israel are happy to let Hamas take the heat for refusing but they were never going to agree either.

The US is playing games to try to force Netanyahus hands. He dgaf.
