What if Reform won? (Farage emergency announcement at 4pm)

I’ll try again.

Farage

< Yawn> Do you have the brain of a child or do you consider yourself some kind of a wordsmith with the pathetic names you make up?
Perhaps you think you're humorous? Takes all sort I suppose.
Yes its silly - I had no idea who garbage was. I purposely only use conservatives and labour etc instead of Tory - which usually indicates straight away someone who does not like them. But dont mistake that by thinking that I support them either - and don't mistake my not supporting them for supporting labour either.
LBC radio James O'Brien absolutely despise farage you can feel the vitriol and hatred coming out of the radio and he insists on calling farage
fa- ridge

Note how conspiracists never use evidence only emotive terms like “rattled”

Farage will split the Conservative vote a bit
Farage won’t affect Labour

So you are just talking about Tories, already in crisis

By the way Farage has lost 6 times out of 7, you are wetting yer knickers over a loser
That actually shows how brave he is and will be a prime minister.

I'd rather have mind's like Farage saying it how it is over the rest of the rotting trash we currently have. There's noone actually fit to lead our country. I'm not sure why. It's akin to Hollywood unable to churn out a decent film nowadays..what the fcks happened. Its like we've all become less intelligent?!
There will be 1000's in the UK who are perfectly fit to lead our country, unfortunately none of them will have gone into politics ;) a bit like the USA having a choice between Biden and Trump for their president!

You might have seen earlier in this thread I mentioned it would be interesting to see how a party like Reform would actually function if in government with a decent majority. i.e. having to deliver for real, not from the sidelines. If they went hardcore on things like immigration, what would that actually look like and what would the knock-on consequences be for the country socioeconomically?

Don't get me wrong, I'm not defending the Tories for essentially being useless when it comes to immigration, whether by design, incompetence or both I don't know. However, when in power, our governing party is trying to represent all members of the public, at least that's the theory.

So if we had a party like Reform governing, how would they achieve that i.e. representing all? This comes back to my point, it's easy to say 'we'd be TOUGH on this that the other!' when you don't actually have to deliver.

Reform exists to scare the Conservatives to go further right, somewhere between BNP and facism.
And the silly strategists at No10 keep falling for it.

A major part of Tories loyal base are small c Conservatives and they hate all this.
Nope - I see them more as a brake on labours march to the far left

Speaking of 'a demented double act'...

Its this kind of thing from the far left that makes me think they are really rattled by farage. The amount of anti reform posts trying to influence voting is almost like Russian bots. Why all the sudden anti farage posts if the left were not worried.

That's how his name should be pronounced.
In the King's English.
He likes the Far-raj sound of his name 'cause it makes him sound posh.
Pretentious pinhead.

Make no mistake, aveatry is a right winger through and through.
The fact he's got hard-on over Fromages recent announcement back into politics, says it all.

Pretentious pinhead.
I always though it made him sound French

garbage was referred to as 'mosley like' on a radio debate this morning...

I'll go with that description!

Aveatry has got both those on his bedroom wall. No room next to the Grandfather clock because of the Thatcher portrait print.
Boring - childish- and wrong. I have been attempting to have a conversation without deliberately trying to wind people up. If you can not be sensible then I just will not engage with you.

Wow youve really been swallowing the Koolaid

but then reform is a mouthpiece for climate change denial as its basically mouthpiece for Tufton street lobbyists...so you would be easily be taken in

PS: there is zero chance of Farage being PM , Id be surprised if he actually becomes an MP
