I said that Vinty believes that apartheid should be introduced in to NI so that protestants have superiority over the larger Catholic groups, as a way of illustrating it's pointless trying to hold a moral discussion with Vinty.
Your subsequent comments prove my allegation to be true.

There has been a "Special Relationship" between South Africa and Ireland for many years due to the similarity of the inequality of a whole section of society.

In many years of the dominance of the Protestants in the officialdom of NI, it was, in essence, discrimination against Catholics, similar to the apartheid practised in South Africa and Israel.
So I make no apology for describing that historical NI inequality as apartheid.
 
At present as per latest survey 2024 more people in NI associate themselves with being raised in a protestant household than a Catholic one . But that doesn't equate to who regards themselves as a certain religion . Catholics due to their indoctorisation are more likely to say they are catholic

True, Doubtfyre posts crap in the hope of getting someone/anyone to bite.
He scrapes the barrel by comparing N. Ireland to South Africa.
In doing so he minimises the suffering of Black South Africans by comparing them to Ulster Roman Catholics.
He is one sick puppy.
 
Why would Ireland want NI? Its an economic basket case full of religious Zealots.
