What about the Roma and ROP, etc rioting in Harehills, Leeds? Most of them probably are asylum seekers.

Where do you stand on these? Do you and the other liberals on here think the law should come down hard on them too? Strangely you were all quiet in this case. :unsure:

Or is it only right-wing patriots who got a bit exuberant who should feel the full force of the law? :unsure:

The police look inept in some of the footage, walking backwards in a line allowing the rioters to come at them with kicks and sticks.
Tazer/rubber bullet and a few hours in the back of a meat wagon with a dozen others, followed by charges, exclusion orders and ankle tags while on remand, might calm them down.
Yes Starmer said there is prison space for them. I hope they quickly use some of it. Anyone with a firework or weapon of any colour or race gets squashed in.

It was said there are 4000 pc's on call. Haven't seen many. What happened to "kettling".

Its all partially Starmer and Labours fault, we all know they will be pathetically weak against migration, its the woke party, of course they are going to have some crazy open door policy.

we have an incredibly unfair electoral system here, reform got nearly half the votes that labour got (9.6m to 4.1m) and yet Labour got 411 x more seats! how is that representative?
No wonder folk feel disillusioned and are doing what they are doing

(and just for the record I can't stand farage, did not vote for reform, and do not support the riots) but I can understand the frustration of those taking to the streets

The highest immigration has occurred under the last TORY govt, yet here Munroast saying “Labour are pathetically weak against migration”

And last Labour govt were returning 15,000 to 20,000 a year compared to 5,000 under Tories.

Going to be interesting to see what sentences get handed out.

I'm hoping for years and years for the worst thugs, but I'm sure those that inflamed it all will quietly sink away saying " it wasn't me"

How many cities and towns were involved in co ordinated riots ?

Or are you trying to compare 2 different things to make these latest riots ok ?
