Triple Lock Plus.

I've come to the conclusion that a large number of GD posters are haters of the young because they are useless old gits privileged by circumstances!

I’ve come to the conclusion that one particular poster in the GD is a hater of anyone over the age of 60 because he is forced through circumstances to earn his living wiping the arses of old people in a care home. Probably hero-worships Harold Shipman too.

dont judge others with your lack of basic maths and how skewed national averages are and have always been.
Take london prices out of the equation and a few other select places and see how those averages tumble
People always forget how much effect London has on the average house price.

What’s the average uk price now, £250k ? You can still buy 3-4 houses for that in some areas. 2 years wages for a house

Want to name any of those areas where it is likely to be cheaper in real terms than it was ?.

National averages regards salaries and houses have only shown a 1 way trend you understand ?
Wales certain towns estates in the north east . north west areas of scotland
50 /60K For 3 bedroom houses are you telling me the average wage there is less than 10k

So those cheap houses haven't risen in real terms? Relevant to the wages in the area?

And now we get to supply and demand of course.

Many jobs in those areas, or are people moving away?

only thing moving is the goal posts when i show you that there is still affordable housing in this country

think they are brainwashed must be reading the daily mail and believing everything in it next they will think we are on 100k a year for 3 days because the papers say so

What you think everyone got 50 % discount that was a very limited amount of people who already had council houses do you think everyone back then already had a council house ? . yep no 35/40 year mortgages back then, interest free also a rarity to help get you on the property ladder oh and no 2% fixed ten year interest rates either just variable upto 16% oh how easy it was .
As for 7 times that all depends where you are in the country also what job your in

Funny how you pick your stats to suit your argument.
Like a 40 Yr mortgage is a blessing, rather than a cursed necessity.
And don't even start on the self-flagellation of the 16%, like you were on that rate for anything more than a few months.
And did I say that. "everyone was on 50% off"?
Of course I didn't, but you're just joining in with the gobshite mouthbreathers who just invent stuff to suit themselves.
BTW, there were a fugsite more people on a RTB discount than there are now.
But YOU had it sooooo hard, didn't you?

Yeah they can’t imagine a young couple on 50k a year combined buying a house for 150k

Or working weekends to finish doing it up and paying it off faster.

Simple creatures

Dont bite too hard your batman will wonder where the blood is coming from .
I have pointed out ways of getting on the ladder that were not available to us and in reality is probably cheaper initially until people can get more financially solvent and alter their out goings and time frame

only thing moving is the goal posts when i show you that there is still affordable housing in this country that is no where near 7 times salary
But nobody there to buy them. Its why the prices are low.

10 houses in a village in Wales or Scotland make no difference to 99% of the uk
