Wales becomes Trumpton

No, I specifically said the 30 to 20 doesn't affect me, but another change does. One based on nothing more than a group of advisers' wet dreams and ego trips.
That the customer will pay for, yet get nothing extra to show for it.
Can't you say what it is?

it’s unbelievable isn’t. Astonishing really. I wonder if the company behind it has any links to the contractors who implemented the original study and implemented the changes to the road network.

Or call them road safety experts in one press release and data analysts in another. Fact is they were an IT contractor company spawned during the dodgy days of transport infrastructure contractors bidding to operate public transport (tube lines metronet etc). The JVs worked out they could award contracts to themselves by creating their own Suppliers. Agilysis Is one such firm.

My mistake - this appears to be a different company. The founder is an ex-speed camera partnership employee. <20 people. Comment stand - hired no doubt to distract away from all the negativity. Astonishing, that anyone would be dumb enough to claim success in less than a week. The key will be to see what happens to Wales K & SI for 20 zones.

Chris Rea has set out to get home for Christmas.

Good luck Chris

I think I get the strategy now.

Introduce 20mph zones to increase traffic journeys meaning vehicle engines running for longer, then introduce a ULEZ to raise money to pay for all the lost income from a declining tourist industry and other economic output.

But don't worry its all going to be an astonishing success, that you simply wouldn't believe.

Astonishingly successful scheme - immediately to be reviewed, due to problems caused.

If only they'd done that before introducing a blanket limit. £40m spent introducing the change, only to realise they got it wrong.
