Is murder justified? (Off topic posts moved from other threads)

What about plod firing rubber bullets into a crowd / riiot ??? That caused a death

Tazoring some one who was not compliant ? That caused a death ?

That Brazilian bloke shot on a train ? By UK police ?
What do you think to all 3 of those?

Were they all legally authorised actions ?

More to the point is what do you think ??

Than there is this enchrochat caper / hack that saved lives ? And jailed scum bags

Apparently not legal ?? Many could be back on the streets ?

Either you support police taking any action they want.

Or you support only legally aurhorised action.

You can't have it both ways
I support police taking legally authorised action but accept that sometimes things don’t always work out as planned.

I have no problem with legally authorised action.

It's the not legally authorised bit I am against. As per the case in USA where cop was charged with murder, not self defence

So you agree once they are restrained and under control they should be taken to court for any decision to be made.

It's a fairly simple concept

If you can get them safely restrained without them kicking off/refusing to comply/putting the officer or others at risk of injury or death, yes.

If they cannot be brought under control and are a direct threat to life, then legal authorisation of force comes into play.

It's the part whether you agree with legally authorised or not, that you need to decide on. Can the police decide who they kill, or can't they?

Than those convicted of criminal activity
Murder
Planning murder
Torture
Ect ect via enchrochat evidence will be released
As it was not legal ??
