Except it's not that simple

At last an acceptance that mistakes in sexing babies is accepted by you.

Except sometimes there aren't.

And there probably wasn't in Algeria a few years ago.

But Gender is. And Gender is not a permanent status.

Yes, hence the gender reassignment laws.

If the assignment of sex was wrong and is later diagnosed as a mistake, it is not always advisable or desirable to correct it.
Many doctors advise against it in some cases.. And the gender can be reassigned.

A man that appeared to be male at birth might in fact be a woman, and vice versa.
Man and woman are genders as well as sexes.
A man can become a woman, and vice versa.

But the fact that you have now started to add the word 'biological' in your silly dog whistle phrases means we are making progress, from your earlier versions of "a man is not a woman".
It means that you are beginning to accept that 'man' and 'woman' are both sexes and genders.
Do you not get bored doing these multi quote replies?

It's evident you're in the camp of saying black whenever someone else says white, just to keep the debate/argument going.

Very tiresome ...

That is the exact point. 9/10 trans are not "in the wrong body" because someone "made an error" when "assigning" them a sex.

kinda kills your whole argument though.
You make an incorrect assumption that all DSD sufferers have been diagnosed.
Not all DSD conditions or sufferers are diagnosed.
The very existence of DSD proves there is a genuine need for transitioning processes for some people to live as normal a life as possible.
And if that process exists, and some feel the need to go through that process, why should they be prevented from doing so?
Everyone has the right to live their preferred role in society, as long as that role is not illegal or risk harm to themselves or others.

If it was a precondition of being a DSD sufferer would reduce a minority group to a smaller minority.
The act of reducing a minority group to an ever decreasing number is not the way for a civilised society to behave.
And as people changes their minds about politics, religion, having children, getting married, etc, it's sensible to have a process that reassignment of gender is possible.

You're not obliged to participate.

Second trans woman wins against an actual woman. What a complete farce and a disgrace to the Olympics. Shame on all those who authorised this.

For yours and JohnD's perusal
Khelif has always competed in the women's division and is recognised by the IOC as a female athlete.

"The Algerian boxer was born female, was registered female, lived her life as a female, boxed as a female, has a female passport," IOC spokesperson Mark Adams said on Friday.

And of course her greater height and longer reach had no effect whatsoever.
Bouncing around the ring above Turdibekova, she made a series of explosive punches against the Uzbekistan as she found her range and used her superior reach to rain punches from further away

I am a man so it's not my place to call what a woman is or judge what they can do with their bodies. I will let that be done by those more qualified.

She Khelif, was born a woman.
Taking to social media on Friday morning, Ms Adams wrote: 'I stand with Angela Carini.
'After years of fighting for women's boxing to even exist in the Olympics and then all the training they go through to get there it was hard to watch another fighter be forced [to] give up on her Olympic dreams.
'People not born as biological women,....

"This is not a transgender case. There has been some confusion that somehow it's a man fighting a woman, this is just not the case. On that there is consensus, scientifically this is not a man fighting a woman."

A fuming JK Rowling last night slammed an Olympic boxing match as 'a man beating a women in public for entertainment'

Andydevon thinks that JK Rowling is better qualified to determine what sex a boxer is.

or any other combination of the above.

pray do tell us?

But that is before you get banned for the nonsense you spout about what a woman is.

The IOC have a bit of a problem. Banned under one set of rules, discussions and the rules change.. The BBC mentioned that in some sports areas the rules are more stringent. It seems the IBA banned her previously.

Most probably know that testosterone does do certain things to the body. What they may not know is that levels can vary in a woman. They clutch onto mass media rumours instead.

Testosterone weight fights rather than the usual body weight or both? More groups more medals - if they can find enough high women.

I'd guess that the result will be limits based on what are known to be the norms. That may be what the IBA used.

International Boxing Association (IBA) President Umar Kremlev has blasted the national federations who broke away from the body to form a new world boxing federation, describing the officials as “black sheep” and “hyenas” who do not belong in sport.
A group, including the United States and the United Kingdom, announced a new federation – World Boxing – last month in a breakaway aimed at securing the troubled sport’s Olympic future while seeking recognition from the International Olympic Committee (IOC).
