It's the start of a transitioning process to become a woman.
Some go on to complete the process, some do not complete the process, but they end up in a state that they are satisfied with, and they consider themselves to be women.
And they are legally considered to be women.

Is it only the male to female transitioning process that concerns you? Or are you similarly concerned with the woman to man transitioning process? Because your arguments are always about the man to woman transition, never about the woman to man transition?

The Olympics is almost designed to select generic abnormalities. The excessively tall, strong, fast. Its all about outliers. Elite athletes are not normal.

Some people here seem to think this woman, born with a vagina, lived as a woman for her whole life and with a rare genetic abnormality is now to to be reclassified as a man?

This isn't a simple situation, but it doesn't need knee jerk reactions.

It's their hang-up with the 'sex' association.
The long limbs, the height, the strength isn't of any concern, but when the word sex is involved, their internalised Victorian attitudes are triggered.

The sporting angle is just an opportunity to present an argument and to justify the prejudice against trans people.

Any angle would suffice to justify bigotry in the minds of bigoted people.
Some even use the consumption of meat to justify their racist attitudes. :rolleyes:
